Riverside has managed properties throughout the greater Boston area for banks, private owners, and our affiliate investment companies since 1992. Owners trust we will manage their properties as if they were our own. Our management experience includes Office, Medical Office, Retail, Industrial, Flex/R&D, and Multifamily Residential properties of all types and sizes.

ADMINISTRATION

  • Property Accounting and reporting with any level of detail required

  • Tenant/Lease Accounting that includes access by tenants to a Tenant Web Portal where tenants can place work orders, examine their lease charges and documents, and remit payments via ACH, credit card, and check

  • Corporate/Investor Accounting to meet client needs

OPERATIONS

  • General property maintenance, repairs, and regular inspections using our own staff as well as our relationships with a deep stable of quality, reasonably priced vendors

  • Negotiate contracts, ensure adherence to contract terms, and satisfactory work quality

  • Provide on-site, full, and part-time building engineers, day porters, and security guards, as required

  • Our management personnel are on call 24/7
