An affiliate of Riverside purchased this 135,000 square foot property in June 2025 from a national property investment firm. Riverside will handle all property management, re-development, construction management and leasing responsibilities for the investment.

Riverside plans to make substantial capital improvements to the property that include a grab-n-go food service, fitness center, outdoor patio and gathering space.
