28,000 sq ft mixed-use commercial property

An affiliate of Riverside purchased this 28,000 square foot property in February 2014 from a family that had owned the building since the 1970s. Riverside serves as the property manager, developer, and construction manager. Riverside made several capital and aesthetic improvements to the property that include the lobby modernization, lighting and flooring replacement in the common areas, improved exterior signage, replacement of the roof, and replacement of 80% of the HVAC equipment. 

Current tenants include Diesel Café, When Pigs Fly, Pokeworks, Boston Sports Medicine, Sofar Sounds and Peter Quinn Architects, among others. Excepting vacancy during construction, the property has remained more than 95% occupied since acquisition.
