An affiliate of Riverside purchased this 54,000 square foot property in August 2021. Riverside has served as the property manager, leasing agent, developer, and construction manager since the acquisition.
At the time of acquisition, the property was approximately 75% leased by a variety of professional, fitness, and arts uses. Following acquisition, Riverside modernized the elevator, created a new main entry lobby and improved access controls, upgraded lighting throughout the common areas, and developed and implemented a signage/wayfinding program. The building’s common areas are now improved, and all tenant spaces will have been renovated including the installation of new HVAC systems throughout upon completion. Riverside expects to complete its redevelopment of the property by the end of 2025.
9-21 Station Street is currently occupied by several local, community-based tenants, including John Payne Music School, Core Collective, Feet of Clay, ArtsBrookline, SmartBody Movement, and Andem Art Studio, among others.
