An affiliate of Riverside purchased Blueberry Estates in Lakeville, MA in 2011.  Blueberry Estates is a 68 unit apartment community developed in 1987 as a 55+ age restricted, market rate, independent living community. 

Since acquisition, the property has benefited from a series of targeted capital improvements. These include the addition of a clubhouse with fitness center and a walking trail.  Material updates were also made to key building systems and infrastructure such as energy efficiency improvements, new heating systems, siding, windows, building entries, roadways, and water infrastructure. 

Occupancy has averaged more than 98% since acquisition.
