Zachary Rosenberg is a member of Riverside’s Investment & Development team, where he focuses on business development, redevelopment initiatives, and strategic projects in support of the firm’s growth objectives.

Working closely with the firm’s leadership, Zach plays a key role in sourcing new property acquisitions and 3rd party management opportunities, as well as supporting due diligence and the onboarding of new investments.  Zach is closely involved with major capital and repositioning projects across Riverside’s portfolio, including design development, budgeting, and construction oversight.  Zach also supports leasing efforts where direct owner involvement is required.

Prior to joining Riverside in 2024, Zach spent ten years at The Fineberg Companies, where he served as Asset Manager and Director of Property Management for its large multifamily portfolio, comprised of more than 1,200 units in over 50 buildings in the Greater Boston Area.  In this role, Zach was responsible for capital improvement programs, property management operations, and the oversight of the P&L for Fineberg’s multi-family properties.

Zach holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Muhlenberg College, where he was also a member of the men’s basketball team. He lives in Needham with his wife and three sons.
