In Zach’s role at Riverside, he manages redevelopment projects, tenant build outs, and various initiatives to help RPI achieve its strategic goals.

He is responsible for project planning, budgeting, and construction management as well as collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Zach also helps evaluate new investment opportunities and supports leasing efforts.  

Prior to joining Riverside in 2024, Zach worked for The Fineberg Companies for ten years, where he served as asset manager and Director of Property Management for their multifamily portfolio. He was responsible for overseeing CapEx programs, operations, and the P&L for over 1,200 market rate units in more than  50 buildings in the greater Boston area.

Zach holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Muhlenberg College where he was also a member of the men’s basketball team.   

He currently lives in Needham with his wife and three sons.
