Jonathan joined Riverside in 2025 as a Tenant Coordinator, where he brings hands-on experience in operations coordination, tenant relations, and property management support. He is skilled in managing work order systems, coordinating vendors and maintenance activities, and overseeing leasing processes from application review to move-in. His experience includes handling administrative workflows, maintaining detailed records, supporting budgeting processes, and responding to urgent issues with efficiency and professionalism.

Before Riverside, Jonathan worked as a Real Estate agent for various agencies, including Berkshire Hathaway and Mega Realty in Framingham. There he familiarized himself with the residential housing market, guided individuals through pricing, marketing, property searches, and negotiations while ensuring that transactions ran smoothly from start to finish. Prior to that, he worked as an Information Center specialist for a large New England credit union where he sharpened his critical problem solving and resolution skills, all while preserving fine details.

Jonathan Graduated from Massbay with an associate’s degree in business administration. He currently resides in Marlborough, MA.
