Edward Bell co-founded Riverside Properties with Mark Levy in 1992. Under his leadership as the Chief Operating Officer, Riverside developed a reputation for excellence in real estate management, investment, and redevelopment. Edward is retired from active management but continues to serve as a board member and advisor for Riverside’s investment and development entities.

Before co-founding Riverside Properties, Edward founded and was President of Fairmark Company, a Property and Asset Management firm which provided services to banks and other financial institutions. Edward also served as Executive Vice President of Liberty Properties Corp, where Edward led acquisition efforts, negotiating major industrial transactions with companies such as USX, Caterpillar, Eaton, Desoto, and Commercial Union Assurance. His earlier work experience also included roles at Private Investment Placements and as a staff accountant and auditor at Coopers & Lybrand.

Edward received his MBA from Northeastern University, Boston, and his BA from American University, Washington DC.
