Collette joined Riverside in 2023 as Tenant Coordinator after working 10+ years in various customer facing roles. Her main duties have increased to include triaging and coordinating day-to-day maintenance matters, coordinating residential unit turns, assisting with monitoring and managing building utilities in addition to other accounts payables matters, securing various license agreements across multiple properties, and building and maintaining tenant relations.

Collette previously spent several years in multiple keyholder roles across the retail and food service industries in which she was often tasked with training new hires and maintaining stores outside of her home locations on an as-needed basis until permanent staffing was in place. She would go on to work at Tufts Health Plan as a Senior Member Services Representative where she fielded 50+ calls a day with matters ranging from benefits information, to understanding claims and appeals processes, to navigating plan selection during open enrollment.

Collette graduated from Middlesex Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences.
