Cathy joined Riverside Property in 2025 as a Staff Accountant, bringing more than 15 years of experience in Financial operations and reporting. She has expertise in general ledger accounts reconciliation, budgeting, and audit preparation.

Cathy earned her accounting degree from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in China and completed graduate coursework toward a Master of Science in Accounting at Kean University. Cathy also holds a certification in Computer Science with a concentration in Client/Server Development.
