Brett Levy

Brett has more than 20 years of industry experience, including acquisitions, development, financing, asset management, property management, and construction management. 

Brett is responsible for overseeing acquisitions, financing, permitting & development, and strategic initiatives. Since joining Riverside in 2010, Brett has been responsible for sourcing and overseeing the acquisition, financing and redevelopment of more than fifteen (15) properties in the greater Boston area, representing 650,000 square feet and more than $200M of capitalized value.

Prior to joining Riverside, Brett worked at Prudential Real Estate Investors (PGIM). At PGIM, Brett was part of the team within its PRISA II fund that managed the joint venture partnerships responsible for developing over $3 billion of mixed-use, residential, and retail projects across the United States. Brett also led PGIM's Global Sustainability Committee, which was an early adopter and champion of environmental awareness and energy efficiency for real estate investments. A crowning achievement in this role was his work as part of the joint venture between Matrix and PGIM which leased the rooftop of a newly constructed 1,000,000 SF building in Central New Jersey in 2010 for the development of a 6.8MW Solar array, the largest rooftop array in the United States at that time. 

Brett graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Economics and a B.S. in Integrated Business & Engineering. 

Brett lives in Brookline, MA with his wife Nicole and three children, William, Owen and Ella.
